When we approach digital transformation, we normally forget that the digital transformation of companies does not exist: we transform people, not organizations as such, since organizations are only able to transform when individuals undergo successful transformation. Now, after a pandemic that has been like a true demolition ball for many companies who had been previously very slow in transforming themselves, we face a new challenge: the evolution of the web we know towards a cryptographically enabled one, in which we will try not only to enable true decentralization, but also empower users to be the ultimate controllers of their identities and data.
