Enhancing the linkage among statistical data and its analysis to deliver the value behind the data directly affects the policy making process based on data and overall improves national competitiveness. However, the process of using and linking a large amount of statistical data faces information protection challenge as a trade-off triggering a new statistical data utilization system is required.
