Registration and Traffic Guidance
Greetings,

Thanks to the continued interest and support from our participants, the World Knowledge Forum is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year. The event will be held at Inspire Resort on Yeongjong Island, Incheon.

For the convenience of our participants, we would like to provide information regarding the event venue.

1. Registration Desk Information

  • Dates and Times:
    ∙ September 9 (Monday): 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
    ∙ September 10 (Tuesday): 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM
    ∙ September 11 (Wednesday): 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Location: Registration Desk, 1st Floor, Ocean Tower, Inspire Resort
  • Details: Collection of participant badges and kits

Please tag the Badge Print QR Code that was sent to you individually at the registration desk or self-service kiosk to collect your badge. After collecting your badge, you can pick up your kit at the kit desk next to the registration desk by presenting your badge.

If someone is collecting on your behalf, they must bring the Badge Print QR Code sent to the individual participant.

Please keep your badge with you at all times when entering the event venue. Badges cannot be reissued.

To ensure the safe entry of participants, kits can only be collected starting at 2:30 PM on the opening day (September 10, Tuesday).

 

 

2. Shuttle Service Information

  • Operating Dates: September 9 (Monday) – September 11 (Wednesday)

  • Routes:
    ∙ Route A: Yeouido Station Exit 5 ▶ Mapo Station Exit 2 ▶ Inspire Resort (Round Trip) ▶ Mapo Station Exit 2 ▶ Yeouido Station Exit 5
    ∙ Route B: Jamsil Station Exit 4 ▶ Inspire Resort (Round Trip) ▶ Jamsil Station Exit 4
    ∙ Route C: Gangnam Station Exit 6 ▶ Inspire Resort (Round Trip) ▶ Gangnam Station Exit 6

3. Parking Information

  • Navigation Address:
    For GPS, please enter the following address:
    127 Gonghangmunhwa-ro, Jung-gu, Incheon
    Inspire Entertainment Resort D Parking Lot (Naver Map Link)

  • Parking Registration Locations:
    (1) Convention Hall Foyer Information Desk
    (2) Registration Desk
    (3) Arena Information Desk

  • How to Use:
    At one of the above locations, register your vehicle number with a staff member to process parking validation.

Please note that all-day parking cannot be validated using the parking kiosks located within the venue. All-day parking validation is only possible through the staff at locations (1) to (3).​

 

 

4. Lunch Information

  • Dates:
    ∙ September 10 (Tuesday), September 11 (Wednesday), 12:00 PM – 1:20 PM
    (Lunch start times may vary depending on the end time of morning sessions.)

  • Location: Inspire A, Inspire B, Mountain A, Mountain B (simultaneous sessions)

  • Entry: You can enter the lunch venue by scanning your QR code.

    • Please vacate the session room briefly after the morning session concludes to allow for lunch preparations.

    • To re-enter the lunch venue, scan your QR code at the session room entrance.

 

 

5. Event Information

1) Book Signing

A book signing event will be held with distinguished scholars such as Ben Westhoff, Chris Miller, Michael Shermer, Todd Buchholz, Robin Niblett, and Michael Beckley. This is a unique opportunity to get books signed by the speakers in person at the Inspire Conference Hall.

Books and Authors at the 25th World Knowledge Forum Book Signing Event:

  • Chip War by Chris Miller
  • Conspiracy: What It Is by Michael Shermer
  • New Ideas from Dead Economists by Todd Buchholz

Books will be provided on-site, and detailed event times can be found on the program page of the official website.

2) K-POCHA: Mingling Night

To celebrate the 25th anniversary of the World Knowledge Forum, we will be hosting K-POCHA: Mingling Night. Participants and speakers will enjoy traditional Korean street food and drinks while networking in a relaxed atmosphere. Don’t miss this valuable opportunity to exchange knowledge with people you meet at the forum!

  • Date and Time: September 10 (Tuesday), 6:30 PM – 9:30 PM
  • Location: Inspire C
  • Participants: Paid attendees and speakers of the 25th World Knowledge Forum
  • Note: Please note that access to the venue may be limited if it reaches full capacity.

3) Gala Dinner

This year’s Gala Dinner will feature a fashion show by designer Kim Rieul, showcasing the beauty and elegance of traditional Korean hanbok to the world. Kim Rieul, named one of Forbes "30 Under 30," will present a stunning performance. In addition to the fashion show, there will be performances by tenor Kim Jae-hyung and flutist Choi Na-kyung.

Join us for an evening of vibrant performances and a sumptuous banquet!

  • Location: Inspire Arena
  • Participants: Paid attendees and speakers of the 25th World Knowledge Forum

4) The 25th World Knowledge Forum Photo Exhibition Event

Thanks to your participation and support, the World Knowledge Forum is celebrating its 25th anniversary. To express our gratitude, we have prepared a special event.
