ESG Strategy of Corning, a 170-year-old glass manufacturer│Mark Steen(Corning Incorporated)

 

The COVID-19 pandemic has further reinforced the need to address weaknesses in corporate governance and capital markets, particularly with respect to climate change and other environmental, social and governance (ESG) risks. This high-level session brings together public and private sector experts to discuss how existing corporate governance frameworks can be improved to help companies navigate the transition to a sustainable economic model with net zero emissions by 2050. Mark Steen is the Vice President of Sustainability and Climate Initiatives at Corning Incorporated, a global Fortune 500 materials science innovator.
