John Kelly and Andrew Kim's Insights on Global Security with Focus on the Korean Peninsula

 

In this session, General John Kelly, former White House Chief of Staff under President Trump, and Andrew Kim, former head of the Central Intelligence Agency's Korea Mission Centre, will explore how the upcoming U.S. Presidential election will impact the global security, with a focus on East Asia and the Korean Peninsula. As the world faces increasing geopolitical tensions, General Kelly will share his unique perspective on the potential implications of the US Political process and what it might mean in the future. Kim will provide expert analysis on the intelligence and security challenges that lie ahead, with a focus on East Asia and the Korean Peninsula. He was closely involved in the 2018-19 nuclear negotiations with North Korea. The two will also provide a behind-the-scenes look at their involvement in the Singapore U.S.-North Korea summit.
